Supporting Research and Learning

Academia

Thermo-Calc Software has a strong presence in academia. Our tools are used at top universities around the world for teaching on a range of topics, such as basic thermodynamics, phase diagrams, materials design, and metallurgy, as well as used extensively for research purposes in a variety of fields.

Free Educational Package

We proudly offer free educational materials intended for teaching and learning basic thermodynamics and kinetic theory at an undergraduate level. This is achieved through a cooperation with Professors Mats Hillert and Malin Selleby from the department of Materials Science and Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.

[Thermo-Calc] is a very useful product, user-friendly, and great as an educational tool in Materials Science and Engineering.
