HMnS 2024

This December, Thermo-Calc Software will attend the 6th International Conference on Medium and High Manganese Steels (HMnS 2024) in Hong Kong. The conference takes place December 17-19, 2024, and is organized by The University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Materials Research Society.

The HMnS 2024 is the sixth international conference covering all scientific and technical aspects of medium and high Mn steels. After the success of the previous HMnS conferences in Seoul (2011), Aachen (2014 and 2019), Chengdu (2016) and Linz (2022), the HMnS 2024 will return to Asia in a face-to-face format.

The HMnS 2024 brings together international scientists and engineers to discuss the understanding of the underlying physical phenomena and possible answers to relevant technical challenges in medium and high Mn steels.
