Concepción, Chile｜November 3 – 7, 2025
The CONAMET-SAM congress is one of the largest Latin American conferences on research, technology and applications in Materials Science. The organization of this annual congress is carried out alternately by the Chilean Society of Metallurgy and Materials (SOCHIM) and the Argentine Materials Association (SAM).
This international meeting aims to present and critically discuss the latest developments and innovations related to Materials Science and Technology, as well as to bring together the materials community to establish contacts and improve their integration.
CONAMET-SAM 2025 will be held between November 3 and 7, 2025 in the city of Concepción, Biobío Region, Chile. It will be a mixed event between the Concepción campuses of the University of Concepción and the University of Bío-Bío.
