Permanent Magnetic Materials Database

TCPMAG2 is a thermodynamic and properties database for applications to permanent magnetic NdFeB based alloys. The database enables the underlying thermodynamics and phase equilibria of these systems to be predicted as a function of the chemical composition of the magnets and temperature. Through such calculations, the database can be used to accelerate the design of new permanent magnetic NdFeB based alloys as well as improve understanding of their processing and in-service behavior.

TCPMAG2 was developed to be used with nearly our entire suite of products: Thermo-Calc, the Add-on Modules, except for the Additive Manufacturing Module, and all available SDKs.

TCPMAG2 does not currently have a corresponding mobility database.
